CONTRACTS

Contract law is something that we as humans deal with every day.  Contracts may be verbal or written. Written documents can be a frightening matter if you don’t understand their very nature. Contrary to what most people believe, most agreements are not just the “standard” document” and should be reviewed by an experienced lawyer to ensure you are protected.  Carl Covert has over eighteen years of contract drafting and review experience. He can assist you in the negotiation and drafting of a document that will assist in protecting your particular interest.

At the Law Offices of Carl Covert, Jr. we take every measure to preserve and protect your rights.  Whether it is an consulting agreement, publishing agreement, or even a acquisition agreement, we can perform the functions necessary to ensure you are legally protected.  Our services add substantial value to our clients by identifying the substantive legal issues which allow our clients to focus on the "deal." Our practice relies on using "plain" understandable language which is clear, concise, and correct so that all the parties will understand the rights and obligations in each agreement.  Our philosophy is "Make sure everyone understands the agreement from the beginning."
